What you'll learn

  • Compare campus redundancy, SD-WAN and SD-Access roles to explain selected architecture decisions.
  • Explain VM failure domains, VRF separation and LISP/VXLAN behavior in introductory virtualization scenarios.
  • Interpret selected OSPF, BGP, STP, EtherChannel and gateway-redundancy cases using the supplied evidence.
  • Use NetFlow, SPAN, IP SLA and SNMP evidence to distinguish traffic symptoms from plausible network causes.
  • Evaluate AAA, ACL, control-plane, segmentation and API-security choices within the stated scenario.
  • Interpret JSON, YANG, Python, NETCONF, RESTCONF and EEM examples to explain their operations and results.

Description

Study Cisco 350-401 ENCOR with 349 English practice questions, revised in September 2026. Every question, correct-answer set and explanation has been reviewed against the corresponding source content and official technical references. This edition replaces the earlier 100-question introductory bank with the accepted questions from the complete source review.

The bank contains two tests of 175 and 174 questions, with 240 minutes for each test. It includes single-answer and multiple-answer questions; each question specifies how many answers to select. The 70% practice threshold is a learning benchmark, not Cisco's passing score. The actual ENCOR exam lasts 120 minutes. The volume, timing and formats here are designed for study rather than exact exam reproduction.

The principal reference is Cisco's detailed ENCOR v1.2 Exam Topics. Practice covers architecture, virtualization, routing and switching, network assurance, security and automation. Questions use configuration snippets, output and scenarios involving technologies such as VRF, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, redundancy, multicast, AAA, telemetry, Python, JSON, YANG, NETCONF, RESTCONF and EEM.

Each answer choice has its own explanation. The overall explanations identify the deciding conditions, clarify related concepts and provide official references. Review both incorrect answers and questions you answered by guessing. Short sessions in Practice mode can help you examine each option before taking a timed test.

The complete source pool was assessed for adoption, repair, duplication, missing information and unverifiable claims. Questions whose original conditions or alternatives could not be recovered without inventing facts were not included. Supplementary wireless material is retained where technically supportable, but it is not evidence of complete v1.2 objective coverage. Domain proportions do not reproduce Cisco's exam blueprint, and the bank is not a substitute for hands-on labs or official study resources.

English is the language of this study edition. Cisco lists English and Japanese for the ENCOR exam; other translated study editions do not imply that the exam is offered in those languages. This September 2026 review statement applies to this English edition, not to every other language edition. Passing ENCOR meets the core-exam requirement for CCNP Enterprise; the applicable concentration exam is also required for that certification.

Use the technical references and current exam guide to identify topics that require further study. No software licenses, physical devices, lab access or other course enrollments are included. Practice results and course completion do not award Cisco certification or guarantee exam success.

Who this course is for:

  • Learners with CCNA-level knowledge who want a structured introduction to ENCOR core-exam concepts.
  • Enterprise network administrators who want to examine the reasoning behind design and troubleshooting decisions.
  • Returning networking learners who need to revisit routing and switching and understand why alternative answers fail.
  • Engineers who want to review network APIs and automation in English before further hands-on study.
