Understand why retaliation against complainants or witnesses is unacceptable, and recognize malicious complaints and the legal penalties for breaching confidentiality in sexual harassment cases.
Confront the harasser and speak up, documenting the incident in writing and gathering time, date, location, and witness details. Report harassment even without evidence to protect other victims.
