Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

One hour with a case interview coach costs $250 or more. This course gives you 7 full McKinsey-style cases with detailed model solutions and interviewer feedback — for a fraction of a single coaching session.

We are former McKinsey consultants and interviewers. We didn't just pass the case interview — we sat on the other side of the table and decided who gets in. And we still use case interviews today as corporate hiring managers, because nothing tests a candidate's thinking as effectively.

That triple perspective — candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager — is what makes this course different from everything else on the market.

WHY MOST CANDIDATES FAIL

The case interview is unlike any test you've taken in school. There are no right answers to memorize. No frameworks that work on autopilot. The firms that use case interviews — McKinsey, BCG, Bain, the Big 4, private equity firms, and increasingly corporates — are testing how you think under pressure, not what you've memorized.

Most candidates prepare by reading casebooks and watching YouTube videos. That's a start. But casebooks are often outdated, oversimplified, or nothing like what you'll face in a real McKinsey interview. And watching someone solve a case is not the same as solving one yourself.

This course bridges that gap.

WHAT'S INSIDE

The course has two parts:

PART 1 — CASE INTERVIEW FUNDAMENTALS

Before you touch a single case, you need to understand what interviewers are actually looking for — and how they score you. This section covers:

How a case interview is structured — from the opening question to the final recommendation

The 7 skills interviewers evaluate and how to demonstrate each one

How McKinsey actually grades your performance — we share the real evaluation dimensions and explain what separates a "hire" from a "no hire"

The MECE principle and how to build custom structures instead of regurgitating memorized frameworks (which interviewers can spot instantly)

The habits that top candidates share — and the mistakes that quietly kill most interviews

A preparation roadmap so you know exactly what to practice, when, and how much

PART 2 — 7 McKINSEY-STYLE CASES

This is the core of the course — and what you won't find anywhere else at this price point.

Each of the 7 cases mirrors a real McKinsey interview in difficulty, length, pacing, and question types. The cases span multiple industries, so you build versatility — not just pattern recognition.

Every case comes in three formats:

→ Do-It-Yourself: You get the case prompt and exhibits. Pause the video. Solve it yourself. This is where your real learning happens — because in the actual interview, nobody is going to solve it for you.

→ Sample Solution: Watch a top-performing candidate solve the case from start to finish. See exactly how they structure their approach, handle the math, interpret data, navigate curveballs, and deliver a recommendation. This is your benchmark — the standard you're working toward.

→ Feedback Solution: The same solution replayed, but we pause at every critical moment. We explain why the candidate made each decision. What was going through their mind when they chose that structure? Why did they phrase the recommendation that way? What would the interviewer have thought if they'd gone a different direction? We also share shortcuts, insider tips, and the small things that separate good candidates from great ones.

This three-layer format — try it, watch it done perfectly, then understand the thinking behind it — is the closest thing to working with an actual coach. Except you can replay it as many times as you need.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR

Consulting candidates preparing for interviews at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, or any firm that uses case interviews. Whether you're applying for an internship or a full-time role, at analyst or MBA level.

Corporate and finance candidates interviewing for strategy roles, internal consulting, or private equity — where case-style interviews are increasingly common.

Beginners who have never done a case interview and need to learn the fundamentals before they start practicing with partners.

Intermediate candidates who understand the basics but want realistic cases to sharpen their skills — cases that are actually at the difficulty level they'll face in the real interview, not the oversimplified ones from free casebooks.

THE MATH

A single coaching session with a qualified ex-MBB coach costs $250–$400. At that rate, working through 7 cases with feedback would cost you $1,750–$2,800.

This course gives you all 7 cases, each with a model solution from a top candidate and detailed interviewer feedback, at a fraction of that cost. And unlike a coaching session, you can pause, rewind, and revisit any moment as many times as you need.
