Description

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. It was practiced by enslaved Africans in Brazil at the beginning of the 16th century. It is known for its acrobatic and complex maneuvers, often involving hands on the ground and inverted kicks.

In this course you will learn several different Capoeira kicks that are known to be really powerful kicks. It is used in MMA by UFC fighters as the Capoeira kicking techniques are powerful and deceptive. The breakdowns are super easy to follow where each of the techniques are slowed down and showed in different angles to make it easier to follow. It is perfect course for everyone whether you are a beginner or advance. Ginga' the most fundamental Capoeira movement from where all other movements begin. and also all basic capoeira kicks and defenses. There are combinations of movement where all the learning is applied to incorporate creativity of flow and kicks in Roda (game). The combinations are in 3, 4 and 6 Capoeira combos.
