Description

2026 CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management

The CAPM shows the world that you possess the foundational knowledge and skills that project teams demand. It proves that you’re ready to take on a wide range of projects too—with ways of working that include predictive project management, agile principles and business analysis. Earning your CAPM equips you with all you need to start a career in project management.

CAPM exam’s syllabus is based on PMBOK Guide provided by PMI, which covers different subjects regarding Project Management and related topics. The exam has Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) consisting of 15 pre-test questions and 135 questions, which will decide your marks. This exam lasts three hours, giving you approximately one minute to answer each question.

The subjects covered in the exam are explained in the table below, with their respective weight marking shown in the right column. The passing score for the exam is about 70 to 75%. However, it isn’t an exact per cent because PMI determines the passing score through psychometric analysis.
