The workout is structured, so everyone can start and implement it in their everyday life for at least 3-6 months if you want any actual results that will last.

Calisthenics is one of the disciplines that will not only make you look amazing, but also gives you an immense boost in power, because each and every exercise is free there are no exercises isolating only one muscle. They all require a set of muscles to do, that is why Calisthenics is my sport of choice. Calisthenics are not only good for your body, but also your strength, your stamina and they are a wonderful partner in every combat sport. This program is made with higher reps, so we can stimulate muscle ripping apart and being rebuild with the stored fat in your body. Calisthenics is one of the greatest things you will ever start and I made it so it is easy and convenient for a beginner.
