    This course has been created to help students learn more about how to buy a property, the focus being on residential property but the tools and information can be applied to any type of property.


    The course is written by a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) who is also a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers and a Registered Valuer who has many years experience of dealing with residential and commercial properties across the UK.  The Author is a practising Chartered Surveyor who runs a small surveying company on the South Coast of England and provides clients with survey and consultancy advice on a daily basis.


    The course is structured to help anyone, but will be particularly useful to those with limited experience of buying a property, who is in the process or considering buying a property. 


    The course is structured around a series of videos, with additional resources provided at key points, and uses online resources which the author demonstrates as part of the course.  This is a useful way to show information, but also allows the Author to provide spoken guidance along the way and insider tips, tricks and guidance as well.
