This course will show you how you can analyze these markets to determine whether or not you can find profitable real estate investments. Then you’ll hear how to narrow down specific properties to purchase that will generate a positive cash flow, renovate them, rent them out, and manage them yourself—no matter where you are, and without hiring an expensive property manager.
