Description
The course provides the basic theoretical knowledge to design the organizational structure of a company according to the mission, objectives, strategies, market and company product.
It will allow you to distribute the powers and responsibilities within the company in line with the institutional structure, mission, strategies and corporate operational processes
An organization is defined as efficient when, in addition to performing every activity in the best way, it is able to impeccably coordinate their functioning so as to achieve the objectives sought in the ways and times established through a rational and thrifty use of resources.
The organization has the task of ensuring that responsibility is distributed and attributed to the organizational units so that they are placed in the best position to adopt the most appropriate behaviors within the company.
The control pursues the purpose of facilitating the decision-making (or governance) of the company which is, in turn, hinged on the managers present in the organizational structure.
The organizational structure makes it possible to respond adequately, in terms of dynamic combinations of organizational characteristics, to the needs expressed by the critical success factors of the business.
The design of the organizational structure, including the definition of the boundary conditions that facilitate the spontaneous emergence of organizational forms and methods in continuous adaptation with respect to the strategic choices, is an integral part of the strategic planning.

Sono un consulente in gestione aziendale specializzato in: analisi dei costi; controllo di gestione; contabilità ed analisi di bilancio; budgeting ed analisi degli scostamenti; programmazione ed organizzazione aziendale.
Mi occupo di gestione aziendale a 365°, ovvero dal punto di vista economico, produttivo, finanziario, monetario, patrimoniale, organizzativo e qualitativo.
Costruisco reports per analisi aziendali quali-quantitative come conti economici di prodotto, piani industriali e valutazioni della performance economico-finanziaria.
Il mio percorso ha inizio nel dicembre 2000 con il conseguimento della laurea quadriennale in Economia e Commercio, indirizzo aziendale, presso la L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli di Roma. Nel corso della mia esperienza lavorativa ho maturato la passione per il controllo di gestione e ho frequentato diversi master e corsi di formazione in Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo.
Ho lavorato in diverse società italiane come esperto in controllo di gestione per poi diventare un formatore ed un consulente in gestione aziendale.
