This course will benefit professionals working in English as a second language - ESL. It has been designed for professionals working in English who find some difficulties to communicate well when speaking or listening to colleagues and clients when working in English.
The key objective of this course is to increase your confidence when working in English, through practical solutions.
It has been created to help professionals who want to improve their performance and minimise the stress associated with working in English.
This course will give students practical tips and techniques on how to manage difficult situations in English professionally. This includes specific tips when speaking and listening in English.
However, this is not a grammar based course to teach English.
This is NOT an English teaching course, but a coaching course designed to help those already working in English and wish to improve their fluency and understanding, and therefore can manage their obligations at work in English easier.
Identifying some of the key problems when communicating in business English. The key objective is to increase your confidence when working in English. By using shorter sentences and simplified grammar you will be able to communicate much easier in English by adopting these simple but effective techniques, by the end of this course.

In this video I describe my professional experience.
Over the past 10 years as a business trainer, I have been fortunate enough to have worked with many wonderful clients from all over the world.
I have also worked in many different sectors of industry, and as i mention in the video, the difficulties we all face when working in a second language are normally the same.
This is why I designed this course to help business professionals working in any sector and in any position, as most of us normally know our own sector specific vocabulary in English.... it's all the other communication that gives us the problems!

Working in English can feel very stressful when you first start. (I know. I have had the same experience when working in French!). However, this is totally normal for all of us working in a second language.
