About the instructors

Charles Conn is a former McKinsey Partner, Chair of Patagonia, and former CEO of the Rhodes Trust. Between them, they spent decades in Partner-level roles at McKinsey and have taught problem-solving at Oxford, Harvard and Columbia, and applying it across business, investment and social impact.
