Description

We are excited to offer you two processes developed by Erickson Coaching International.

Value-based Self-Image and Mastery Walk.

Both are designed as processes to develop a positive self-concept and confidence in any new skill.  The VBSI and Mastery Walk are an effective mental rehearsal techniques that can promote excellence, increase confidence and ensure rapid skill development.

Applications include:

• Developing a positive self-concept

• Developing self-confidence

• Accelerated skill development

• Reducing stress.

• Handling challenging situations more effectively.

We include it here as a tool to accelerate your state-management skills over time and to increase both your competence and your confidence as a coach, speaker, mentor, consultant or a manager.

The Value-Based Self-Image is an effective mental rehearsal technique that can assure high performance as well as increased effectiveness over time.

The Mastery Walk Exercise can be used as a self-coaching tool. Mastery is the state of being effortless, graceful and satisfied while performing a task on an unconscious level with a beginner’s mind and a willingness to still learn.

We learn to talk about stages of development to move individuals, projects and groups through the stages. Once you have these distinctions clearly established, you can invite clients and self to experientially explore the steps necessary for the development of their specific purpose.

You can inspire a client to look at anything—a company, a project, a relationship, an athletic activity—as going through different stages of development.
