Learn how to turn a rough idea into a clear concept that is ready to test.
It’s easy to make a brand look good on paper. Making it work in the market is a different challenge.
You will work with a business idea as if you were responsible for taking it to market. Instead of treating branding as a creative exercise, you will learn to look at the decisions behind it: where the opportunity really is, what belongs in the proposition, what simply needs to meet category expectations, and what could give customers a real reason to choose.
We will also deal with the commercial reality of the idea. A strong concept still needs to become an offer people understand, at a price that makes sense, through a sales route that fits how customers buy. The brand identity then has a clear job: to make those decisions visible and consistent, rather than trying to compensate for weak strategy underneath.
The course does not end when the brand is ready to launch. You will also work through how to get it in front of your first customers, what to watch once it enters the market, and how to tell the difference between useful market feedback and noise.
This course is suitable both for people building something of their own and for those interested in Product Management or Brand Management who want to understand how these decisions connect in practice.
