✨ A QUICK INTRODUCTION ✨
Hi Friend!
I'm Alexis, and I created this series because, like many of you, I needed a boost in confidence. Despite being a public speaker and performer, someone who sang in shows and taught classes nationwide, I struggled deeply with self-esteem issues. I constantly felt like I wasn't good enough, battled imposter syndrome, and feared truly being seen. It was a paradox; externally, I seemed confident, but internally, I was constantly doubting myself and not living and walking fully in my purpose.
The journey to where I am now started with a commitment to truly believe in my worth and love and accept myself as I am. This series is born from everything I’ve learned along the way—about nurturing self-worth, overcoming self-doubt, and building genuine self-confidence. It’s about sharing strategies that helped me shift my mindset and start walking in my purpose, reaching my full potential. Join me as we explore these ideas together, hoping you, too, can find the same freedom and confidence in your own life.
Always know that I'm rooting for you on this journey!

✨ JOURNALING GUIDANCE
Below are today's journal prompts. When responding, remember that there are no right or wrong answers. The goal here is to be open and honest with yourself and to have a willingness to grow, heal, and become your best self.
Sometimes it'll be hard to sit with the emotions that arise. When that happens, take a moment to process, breathe, and return when you're ready!
✨ SESSION JOURNAL PROMPTS
Opening Prompt: Confidence & Self-Worth Perception Reflect on how you currently see yourself in terms of confidence and self-worth. Describe the feelings and thoughts that come up when you think about these aspects of yourself. What specific situations make you feel particularly confident or insecure?
Mindful Practice Prompt: Visualization Reflect on the light that represents your self-worth. What are the unique strengths and values that this light illuminates? Write about a time when this inner light felt dim, and what specific actions or thoughts helped to brighten it again. How can you regularly nurture this light to ensure it remains strong and vibrant, affirming your inherent value every day?
Main Prompts
Exploring Self-Doubt, Self-Sabotage, and Limiting Beliefs: Think about the times you've doubted yourself or engaged in self-sabotage. What specific beliefs about yourself led to these actions? Write down these limiting beliefs and reflect on their origins. How have these thoughts held you back from pursuing what truly matters to you?
Your Inherent Worth to Building Confidence: For each belief you identified, write a counter-statement that reflects your true worth and capabilities. How can these positive affirmations help you move forward? Visualize yourself embodying these affirmations in daily life, and describe how that makes you feel.
Gratitude Prompt: Write down at least three aspects of yourself or your life you are grateful for. How do these qualities or experiences contribute to your self-worth and confidence? Reflect on how acknowledging these can impact your view of yourself moving forward.
✨ SEE YOU IN THE NEXT VIDEO!

Recognize the aspects of your life where you naturally feel worthy and areas where you might struggle.
Create a visual worthiness board that illustrates elements that make you feel inherently valuable.
Set clear, actionable intentions to regularly affirm and cultivate your sense of inherent worth.
Intention: Embrace and acknowledge your intrinsic value.
Focus: Reflect on qualities that define you beyond achievements.

Day 1: Discover Your Inherent Self-Worth
Journal Prompts: Setting Intentions for Cultivating Worthiness
Set an intention or think of a habit you could adopt to strengthen your sense of self-worth.
What practical steps can you take daily or weekly to affirm your value?
Consider how you can remind yourself of your worthiness in moments of doubt. Perhaps a mantra, a set of affirmations, or a physical token. What might these reminders look like for you?
Visual Worthiness Board Instructions + Board Example included in resources.
Moment of Inspiration: Self-Worth
Imagine for a moment a world where your value doesn't fluctuate with the stock market of social opinion or personal achievement. A world where you wake up knowing that nothing you do or don't do today, today will make you more or less worthy as a person. How empowering is that thought?
How freeing can it be when you're not reliant on external validation? In our society, we often tie our self-esteem to our productivity, to applause, praise, or the nod of approval from others. But let's shift that perspective today. Think about the things that truly define us, that aren't achievements or accolades.
Consider qualities like kindness, resilience, creativity, and compassion. These are not qualities that you can quantify or compete for. They are inherent and they contribute profoundly to ourselves. Sense of self-worth this understanding can liberate you from the pressure of perpetual performance. It allows you to appreciate life more fully, engage with the world more authentically, and meet challenges without the fear of losing your value, and your worth.
Every day, you can choose actions that align with your values, not because they increase your worth, but because they express it. Today, let's take this insight and transform it into action. Let's start by recognizing the aspects of our identity that we value most. Those that deeply resonate with our core, the essence of who we are.
Write them down, reflect on them, and then think about how you can embody these values more fully, in your daily interactions and decisions.
Remember that embracing your inherent worth is not about ignoring the areas where you can grow, but rather it's about recognizing that your journey of improvement does not affect your value as a person.
It's about growing because you know that you are worth the effort, not because you need to prove your worth. As we continue to journey together over the next few days, I want you to carry with you this profound realization, right, that your worth is constant and nothing can diminish it.
Let's use this understanding to be a guide for you, to inspire you, and ultimately to help you live a life that is filled with confidence, purpose, authentic self-expression, and knowing that you are already enough, just as you are.
OBJECTIVE: In this lesson, we're building and reinforcing our self-confidence.
Key Takeaways
Identify areas of your life where your confidence feels strongest and where it lags.
Create a visual confidence board to represent your ideal state of self-assurance.
Set clear, actionable intentions for your journey to boost confidence.
Intention: Strengthen your self-assurance in personal and professional areas.
Focus: Engage in exercises that boost confidence and reduce self-doubt.

Day 2: Unpacking Self-Confidence
Journal Prompts: Unpacking Self-Confidence
Reflect on a recent situation where you felt confident. What were the elements that contributed to this feeling?
Now, think about a situation where you felt less confident. What was missing? Write down steps you can take to bridge this gap and bring elements of confidence to areas where it's lacking.
Five-Minute Confidence Booster
Objective: To quickly and effectively enhance self-confidence through a daily practice encouraging positive self-affirmation and reflection.
Step 1: Daily Success Reflection—Write down one positive experience from your day. Note your role and the strengths you demonstrated.
Step 2: Affirm Your Strengths—Identify one strength used. Turn this strength into a positive affirmation.
Step 3: Visualize Tomorrow—Imagine applying today’s strength tomorrow. Set a mini-intention for how you'll use it.
Step 4: Weekly Review—Review all entries at the end of each week. Reflect on recurring strengths and new application areas.
Example:
Sarah is a project manager who has noticed that her confidence fluctuates, especially before big presentations or meetings. She decides to use the 5-minute confidence booster to help stabilize and enhance her self-assurance at work.
Step One: Daily Success Reflection
Every evening before leaving her office, Sarah takes five minutes to reflect on her day. An example entry for her would be:
"Today, I led a project status update meeting where I effectively communicated our team's progress and upcoming challenges. I felt confident because I was well prepared with the data and potential questions answered."
Step Two: Affirm Your Strengths
After reflecting on the day's success, Sarah identifies a key strength that contributed to her success. That strength was effective communication. Her affirmation that she created from this was:
"I am an effective communicator who articulates thoughts clearly and confidently.
Step Three: Visualize Tomorrow
Sarah spends about a minute visualizing a challenging meeting scheduled for the next day. She imagines herself presenting her points clearly, responding to questions with confidence, and receiving positive feedback from her colleagues.
Mini Intention: "I will use clear visuals and concise language to ensure that my presentation is impactful."
Step Four: Review
At the end of the week, Sarah reviews her daily entries. Her reflection is that she notices her confidence is particularly high on days when she is well prepared and when she has time to plan her communication strategy, her insight for improvement, how she can continue to apply this to her life.
She decides to allocate time each morning to plan her key communications for the day to enhance her confidence further.
After several weeks of practicing this five-minute confidence booster, she'll notice a huge improvement in her day-to-day confidence at work.
She will feel more confident and more in control during the meetings and her presentations.
She's going to find herself volunteering for challenging tasks more often. She's improving herself.
She's going through this personal development and this personal growth.
The daily practice of reflecting on her success and setting intentions for the next day will help keep her focused and assertive.

Consider confidence as your inner compass. When it’s calibrated and true, it guides you smoothly through decisions and interactions. When it's off, even slightly, our journey can feel uncertain and daunting. The key here is not to achieve unwavering confidence at all times—that’s unrealistic—but to understand and nurture it, to recalibrate it when necessary.
What influences this calibration? Successes boost it, failures test it, and yet, it's our response to both that determines the resilience of our confidence. Each experience, success or failure, is a stepping stone. How we step—tentatively or with resolve—shapes our path forward.
Today, let's engage with this idea: Confidence is not a static trait but a skill to be developed. It grows as we expand our comfort zones, as we face our fears, as we learn from our setbacks, and as we celebrate our victories, no matter how small.
For our exercise today, reflect on a recent challenge you faced. Did your confidence falter or flourish? Write down what you learned from this experience and how you can apply this knowledge to bolster your confidence for future challenges.
In fostering our confidence, we are not just reacting to the world; we are actively shaping our engagement with it. Let this be your empowerment: You have the power to grow and mold your confidence every day. Remember, it's not about never falling; it's about building the strength to always rise.
OBJECTIVE: In this lesson, we're improving self-esteem through positive self-perception.
Key Takeaways
Assess which aspects of your self-image need reinforcement and which parts are already strong.
Develop a self-esteem collage that includes images and phrases that boost your perception of yourself.
Establish concrete steps to improve self-esteem through daily affirmations and self-care routines.
Intention: Foster a more loving and respectful relationship with yourself.
Focus: Incorporate affirmations and reflections on personal strengths into your daily life.

Journal Prompts: Enhancing Your Self-Esteem
Imagine that your self-esteem is a city you’ve built over the years with streets, buildings, parks, and monuments representing different aspects of your life experience. Each structure within this city symbolizes a particular memory, belief, achievement, or lesson that has contributed to the landscape of your self-esteem.
Architects of Self-Esteem
Part 1: Outlining Your City
Example:
Rivers of Resilience - Reflect on where you successfully navigated any challenges on your journey.
Monuments of Milestones - Identify key achievements you consider defining moments in your life. What does each monument say about your capabilities, confidence, and growth?
Garden of Gratitude - How does gratitude illuminate your sense of self-worth?
Part 2: Reflect on the significance of each area you've mapped out in your city. How does each area contribute to your self-esteem?
Part 3: Consider what new structures and renovations are needed. What new experiences or beliefs might you incorporate to enhance your city's landscape? Plan to add at least one new construction project. For example, initiating a new challenge like learning a skill or strengthening a relationship. These can be marked as the Library of Learning or the Bridge of Bonds.
Part 4: Reflective Questions — How does viewing your self-esteem as a city help you to see the interconnectedness of the different aspects and parts of your life? How can you enhance the positive aspects and address the less developed ones in areas?
Self-esteem is like the mirror through which we view ourselves, but it's not just any mirror. It's often distorted by past experiences, societal standards, and sometimes the harsh criticisms we've internalized. Today, we challenge ourselves to clean that mirror, to see ourselves more clearly and more kindly and with compassion.
How do we begin this cleaning? First, by understanding that our self-perception is often skewed by unrealistic expectations—both our own and those of others. It's vital to acknowledge and differentiate between what is real and what is perception.
Let’s try this: For today’s activity, list traits or achievements you feel proud of and aspects you often judge harshly. Beside each negative judgment, write a counter-statement that reflects a more kind and realistic view of that trait or situation.
For instance, if you've criticized yourself for being 'too reserved', beside it write, 'I am thoughtful and listen well, which makes me a good friend.' This exercise isn’t just about fostering positivity; it’s about balancing our self-perception and appreciating the many facets of our personality.
Remember, enhancing self-esteem is about building a healthier relationship with yourself. It's about being your own supporter, not your critic.
As you move forward, carry this thought: The kindness you afford others is also deserved by you. Let this realization uplift you, motivate you, and guide you to treat yourself with love, respect, and compassion."
OBJECTIVE: In this lesson, we're Identifying and challenging our internal limiting beliefs.
Key Takeaways
Identify specific limiting beliefs that hinder your personal and professional growth.
Construct a belief transformation board that counters these limiting beliefs with empowering affirmations.
Commit to a plan that actively challenges these beliefs through new experiences and mindset shifts.
Intention: Break free from self-imposed barriers to unlock your potential.
Focus: Undertake exercises that reframe negative beliefs into empowering ones.

Welcome to Day 4 of our journey!
Today, we explore the barriers of our own making: limiting beliefs. These are the silent whispers that say 'you can't' or 'you shouldn't,' often based on past experiences or external judgments. But what if these beliefs are just illusions, not truths?
Imagine each limiting belief as a wall in a maze. Every time you confront one, you have a choice: turn back or find a way over or around it. The process isn’t about demolishing the walls instantly but gradually understanding that these barriers don't have to define your path.
Today, let's learn to question these walls. Ask yourself, 'Is this belief serving me? Is it helping me grow?' If not, it's time to let it go. Think of this as mental decluttering, clearing out thoughts that no longer serve your purpose.
As you move forward, remember, overcoming these beliefs is not just about gaining freedom; it's about rediscovering who you can be without them. Let’s embrace this challenge not with apprehension, but with a sense of liberation.
OBJECTIVE: In this lesson, we're developing our resilience by understanding personal strengths and weaknesses.
Key Takeaways
Pinpoint previous life challenges and the resilience skills you employed to overcome them.
Assemble a resilience roadmap that visually represents your past successes and future challenges.
Formulate a detailed strategy for enhancing resilience by cultivating emotional and mental strength.
Intention: Equip yourself to handle life’s challenges with strength and grace.
Focus: Engage in self-discovery activities that highlight your resilience.

Resilience Roadmap:
Step 1: Choose 3-5 adversities you've experienced.
Step 2: Identify resilience strategies that helped you navigate those adversities.
Step 3: Consider any current challenges you're facing and add them to your map with the resilience strategies you use to navigate.
Examples found in Resources!
Welcome to Day 5, where we delve into the heart of resilience.
Resilience isn’t just about enduring; it’s about thriving amidst the challenges and emerging stronger. This transformative process begins with self-discovery, understanding deeply who we are, and using that knowledge to navigate through life's turbulent moments.
Imagine resilience as your inner compass, always guiding you through storms. To build this resilience, we must first understand our own nature deeply—our strengths, our triggers, and our previous responses to stress. This understanding is like mapping out the terrain we navigate daily.
Today, I invite you to reflect on the moments you've faced significant challenges. What emotions did they stir? What thoughts crossed your mind? More importantly, how did you respond? Each answer adds a layer of understanding to your personal resilience map.
Let’s also explore proactive resilience building. This includes practices like mindfulness, which keeps us anchored in the present and less reactive to stressors; and gratitude, which shifts our focus from what’s going wrong to what’s going right, fostering a positive mindset that naturally enhances resilience.
By the end of today’s session, I hope you will see resilience not just as a response but as a proactive stance on life. It’s about setting out each day knowing you are equipped to handle whatever comes your way, and more importantly, that you will learn and grow from each experience, no matter the outcome.
OBJECTIVE: In this lesson, we're setting personal intentions and goals with an empowered mindset.
Key Takeaways
Evaluate your current goals and their alignment with your true aspirations.
Design a goal-setting vision board that vividly displays your short-term and long-term objectives.
Develop a list of precise, actionable steps to achieve each of your outlined goals
Intention: Define clear, achievable goals aligned with your aspirations.
Focus: Create a vision board and outline specific steps towards these goals.

Crafting Your Identity Statement
Purpose of an Identity Statement: A concise declaration that encapsulates who you are and what you stand for. Acts as a personal mission or vision statement.
Steps to Craft Your Statement:
Self-Reflection: Review your core values, beliefs, strengths, and passions.
Define Your Purpose: Consider what you aim to contribute to the world.
Draft the Statement: Combine insights into a few meaningful sentences. Use first-person language (e.g., "I am...", "I believe...", "My purpose is...").
Example Identity Statement: "I am a dedicated and compassionate individual committed to empowering others through education and support."
Aligning Your Identity with Core Values: Are there areas in my life where my actions don't reflect my core values? How does this affect my self-worth?
Identity Journal Prompt: Identify one habit you can adopt this week that aligns with your identity statement. Commit to practicing it daily.
Reflective Journal Prompt: What barriers have I faced in expressing my true identity, and how can I proactively address them?
We're focusing on a critical element of our personal journey—crafting our own identity. Identity is the story we tell ourselves about who we are. It influences every interaction we have and every decision we make. But more than anything, it determines how we feel about ourselves and our life’s path.
Think of yourself as a painter with a palette of endless colors. Each color represents a different aspect of your personality, your values, your experiences, and your aspirations. What colors will you choose to put on your canvas? Which ones truly represent the 'you' that feels most authentic?
As we paint this picture, let’s consider not just the hues we love but also those we might have shied away from in the past. Perhaps there are shades of boldness, adventure, or creativity that have been waiting to be expressed. Today, let’s be intentional about how we add these to our picture.
Let’s also acknowledge that our identity is ever-evolving. As you change and grow, your picture might need new colors or even a few strokes erased. This flexibility is a part of living authentically; it’s about adapting and evolving in ways that align with your inner truth.
End today by reflecting on your current portrait. Is it truly reflective of who you are, or are there elements you’ve carried forward out of habit or expectation? How can you start to make changes that reflect the true you?
Objective: In this lesson, we focus on implementing strategies to live authentically and with intention, ensuring that every action and decision reflects your true self and personal commitments.
Key Takeaways:
Evaluate Life Alignment: Review your daily routines and major life decisions to ensure they align with your true self.
Intentional Living Strategies: Learn to apply strategies for living with intention, such as mindful decision-making and purposeful actions.
Plan for Authentic Living: Develop a detailed plan that includes daily practices and long-term strategies to ensure you live authentically and purposefully.
Intention: Embrace and practice living authentically, making decisions, and taking actions that are in harmony with your personal identity and values.
Focus: Create and implement a detailed plan that guides you to live intentionally and authentically, reflecting on how each part of your day contributes to your overall life goals.

Examine Life Experiences: What challenges have you overcome that have shaped you? How can these experiences guide you toward helping others?
4 Steps to Set Purpose-Driven Goals
Identify Key Objectives: Based on your purpose, what are the main outcomes you desire?
Break Down Goals: Divide larger objectives into smaller, manageable tasks.
Assign Timelines: Determine deadlines for each task to maintain momentum.
Anticipate Challenges: Identify potential obstacles and plan strategies to overcome them.
Example:
Purpose: To empower others through education.
Goal: Develop and launch an online course on personal development within six months.
Purpose Statement Drafting
Combine insights to write a clear + concise statement of your life's purpose.
Example: "My purpose is to inspire and empower others through storytelling and education, fostering a world where knowledge leads to positive change."
Activity Prompt: Spend 20 minutes crafting your own purpose statement.
SMART GOALS: Draft at least two SMART goals aligned with your purpose.
Our focus is turning to living authentically, intentionally, and with purpose. Authenticity is about alignment. It's about ensuring that your external life reflects your inner values and identity. It's about the courage to be yourself, fully and openly in every context. Without the mask that many of us wear to fit into the different facets of our lives.
Living with purpose is equally crucial. It's about directing your life toward what truly matters to you. It's about making choices that resonate deeply with your personal values and aspirations. It's about not just drifting along, but steering actively and intentionally toward your desired destination.
Take a moment to think about the areas in your life where you feel you're not being true to yourself. What's holding you back? Is it fear? Is it doubt? Is it self-sabotage? External expectations? Acknowledge these barriers and then let's discuss the strategies to overcome them.
Are you clear about what you want to achieve? Do your daily actions align with these goals? And if not, what steps can you take to start living more intentionally? We're going to commit to these strategies, not just as a one-time effort, but as ongoing practices. Because this is a lifelong journey, embed these actions into your daily routine and watch how your life begins to transform.
And remember, every step taken in authenticity, intention, and purpose is a step toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. So let this, let these strategies, let this practice, let this be the cornerstone of your journey from this point forward. I am so proud of you.
I encourage you to return to these prompts and lessons as often as you need to. And I hope that this journey has been insightful, inspirational, uplifting, motivating whatever you needed it to be. I hope it was that for you.
