Description

A one hour, interactive course to be done as a group or team.  Short lessons provide practical tips on how to build better communication and connection, while group activities build on these lessons and help the team grow together.

The topics covered include psychological safety, trust building, empathy, and building connection.  Each of these lessons describes how that topic is crucial to a well functioning team and then how to increase them as well.  The goal is to make sure everyone on the team understands the value of open communication and sharing their ideas, and bridge any gaps that may come up on these topics in the future.


Each of these lessons concludes with a collaborative and interactive activity for the team to complete in real time.  The result of these lessons will be a better understanding of each other and the way to communicate.  These lessons can be redone and improved on periodically as well.


The final lesson covers ground rules for building teamwork, open communication, and psychological safety.  These are a starting point and can be used as a foundation to build the team ground rules that will enable you to be a highly productive and open team.
