Update: Finished the course, it's put a lot of things into perspective and has helped me become aware of why I have social anxiety and how to move start moving past it. I've done tapping a few times and when done right it really can make a difference, just how when I wasn't thinking about the core of the problem it wasn't as effective. It's going to be a lengthy healing process but the tools and advice Tobias shared, I feel, will really help me get working on it in an effective way.
