A look at the finished workflow - Claude reading a live chart, writing Pine Script, and sending alerts to your phone - and exactly what you'll have by the end.
An honest definition, where this course sits on the automation spectrum, what AI genuinely can and cannot do, and the three things this course deliberately does not promise.
How to follow along, when to pause and copy a prompt, and why the habit of verifying what the AI tells you matters more than any single technique here.
Signing up for both tools. The free tiers cover almost everything in this course, and we walk through the plan options so you know what you're choosing.
Downloading and installing both desktop apps, plus checking for Node.js. The desktop versions are required - the browser versions cannot make this connection.
What an API is in plain English, what MCP adds on top, and why this one connection is what makes everything else in the course possible.
The make-or-break lecture. One prompt clones the connector, configures Claude Desktop, relaunches TradingView with the debug port enabled, and verifies the connection.
Understanding Claude Desktop's permission dialog, then proving the connection is live by having Claude read your own chart back to you.
The prompting habits that make the difference: ask one thing at a time, name the concept you actually mean, and always give Claude something concrete to look at.
The moment it clicks. Claude reads the live price straight off your chart - and you check it against the chart yourself.
Change symbol and timeframe just by asking. Then do it again by speaking, using Claude's voice input.
Claude marks the major swing highs and lows on your chart and tells you whether you are in an uptrend or a downtrend - then cleans the drawings off again.
Claude draws the levels other traders are watching - prior all-time highs, repeatedly tested levels, high-volume areas - and explains why each one matters.
Add a moving average and a MACD by asking, then open the settings dialog on screen to verify Claude applied exactly what you asked for.
A concise read on the daily, the hourly and the 5-minute at once - including Claude asking you clarifying questions before it starts.
One prompt that combines structure, levels and indicators into a single analysis with a clear overall bias. This is the one you'll use every day.
TradingView's coding language explained in ninety seconds, and why knowing what it is matters far more than knowing how to write it.
Describe an indicator in plain English and watch the Pine Script appear, compile, and land on your chart. Code shows up on screen and you never type a character of it.
The parts every strategy needs: entry, exit, stop loss, position size, and a rule for when not to trade at all.
Why a mediocre strategy followed consistently will beat a brilliant one you abandon after two losing trades.
Claude converts a vague idea into precise, written rules you can review and argue with - before a single line of code exists.
A complete worked example from idea to ruleset, including a stop loss that fits the strategy rather than an arbitrary percentage.
What a backtest actually proves, and the reasons a great-looking result very often means nothing at all.
Claude runs your strategy through TradingView's Strategy Tester twice - once with zero costs, once with realistic commission and slippage. The difference is the lesson.
The comparison most courses quietly skip. If simply holding would have beaten your strategy, you need to know that before you risk anything.
Claude reviews your own backtest for the three flaws that flatter results - and you specifically ask it to be blunt with you.
Optimise on one period, test on a period the strategy has never seen, and get an honest answer about whether your edge is real.
Why position size, not entry timing, is what actually decides whether you're still trading in a year.
Draw your entry, stop and target on the chart, tell Claude your account size and risk tolerance, and get the exact quantity to buy.
The maths behind optimal bet sizing in plain English - and why most traders should deliberately use a fraction of what it suggests.
Claude builds you a pre-trade risk checklist short enough that you'll actually use it, including a level where you stop trading entirely.
What alerts can watch, where they run, and why they keep firing even when your computer is switched off.
Describe the condition in plain English and Claude builds the alert - then open the alerts panel on screen to confirm it really exists.
List every active alert, change one to a different timeframe, and pause another - all in plain English, without touching a dialog box.
Build a Telegram bot, connect it to a TradingView webhook, and send yourself a test alert that fires within seconds so you know it works. Requires a paid TradingView plan - clearly flagged, and safe to skip.
How to use alerts so they replace screen-watching rather than adding to it.
Three completely different markets analysed in a single conversation, with the prompts getting shorter each time. Proof that nothing you learned was Bitcoin-specific.
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Ninety minutes. No filler. No code.
Most trading courses are fourteen hours long and you finish maybe two. This one is deliberately
short, because everything in it is something you'll actually do.
You'll connect Claude straight to your TradingView charts, then run the whole workflow end to
end: read a chart, build a strategy, test it properly, size the position, and set an alert that
finds you on your phone.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
It's genuinely no-code. When your strategy needs Pine Script, Claude writes it on screen while
you watch. You never open a code editor, never copy a snippet from somewhere, never debug
anything.
And it's honest. There's an entire section on why most backtests lie - lookahead bias, ignored
slippage, sample sizes too small to mean anything - and how to catch each one. You'll test
whether your edge survives out of sample, and you'll benchmark it against simply buying and
holding, which is the comparison most courses quietly skip.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- A working connection between Claude and your live charts
- A repeatable four-part chart analysis you can run on any market
- A custom indicator, written by Claude, running on your chart
- A complete rules-based strategy, backtested with realistic fees and slippage
- A position-sizing method based on your risk, not your hopes
- Alerts that reach your phone through Telegram
- A daily and weekly routine that takes minutes, not hours
WORKS ON ANY MARKET
Bitcoin, EURUSD, Apple - the prompts don't change. There's a lecture that proves it in a single
conversation, switching markets without rewriting a thing.
WHAT THIS COURSE DOESN'T DO
Worth being straight with you before you buy.
It won't place trades for you. There's no auto-execution here - every order is placed by your
own hand, on purpose. It won't hand you a winning strategy; you'll build one and test it
honestly, and an honest test sometimes says the idea doesn't work. And it won't make money on
its own. It makes you faster and more disciplined. What you do with that is still down to you.
If you're looking for a bot that trades while you sleep, this isn't that course.
WHO'S TEACHING WHAT
You stay the decision-maker throughout. Claude does the analysis; you choose. The course is
built around verifying what the AI tells you, because a wrong answer arrives in exactly the
same confident tone as a right one.
Free plans work for almost everything. One optional lecture - sending alerts to Telegram -
needs a paid TradingView tier, and it says so upfront so you can skip it.
Downloadable: a prompt cheat sheet with every prompt from the course, and a connection
troubleshooting guide.
