Cindi is the founder and President of Create Possibility, where she teaches leaders of social organizations how to improve organizational effectiveness and accelerate impact in the community. Pulling from her experience of leading nonprofits across the U.S., Cindi provides strategy consulting, speaking services, trainings, retreat facilitation, and executive coaching on topics related to board development, organizational transition and development, fundraising, leadership and strategic planning.
She has won numerous awards throughout her career, and is an expert at navigating change. She served as a member of the executive leadership team for the YMCA of San Diego County, the second largest Y in the country. Cindi has learned first-hand how to navigate the pain points of operating nonprofits and achieve remarkable results.
