An excellent beginners course for anyone who wants to design and build their very own website from start to finish. No coding experience required.

This course is for anyone who wants to design and build their very own website. The course is taught in a relaxed, informal manner without technical language to make sure students learn effectively, and more importantly, enjoy while learning!

The course will cover: planning, designing and preparing your new website, choosing colour schemes and layout, choosing the style of your website, setting up pages of your website, entering text, videos, pictures and other information into your new website. Setting up a 'contact me' page on your website and a related form to gather your customers or subscriber's details. Once you have designed your new website, it is then time to make it live (this is also covered in the course).The final part of this course will cover all the skills you need to enable you to manage your website and make updates independently. No need to hire an expensive website manager!

The tutor (Kevin O'Doherty) is a psychologist who has designed his own websites from scratch and maintains them independently. He has been managing and updating his own websites for over 10 years, so has a good deal of first hand knowledge and experience to share. He is more than happy to be contacted by students during or after the course to answer questions etc. All of Kevin O'Doherty's courses are accredited and the student will receive a signed certificate upon completion.
