I have extensive experience as a Business Development Executive, Product Director, an Innovation and Creativity expert and consultant in numerous organizations. I am also an experienced learning management and learning development manager. I have worked internally in multinational companies such as Amazon Web Services, Motorola and Teva Pharmaceuticals, and was also a senior consultant at ZOOZ Strategy, Innovation and Management consulting. In my various roles, I facilitated countless processes and workshops on a multitude of innovation and creativity tools - Amazon's Working Backwards methodology, Blue Ocean Strategy, Systematic Inventive Thinking, SCAMPER, TRIZ Creative Problem Solving and more.
Until April 2017, I was Director of Product Innovation and Learning at the international learning solutions company Kineo for 6 years. I then moved to be Director of Corporate Solutions at SkillReal - delivering groundbreaking Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality solutions to the Corporate world. He then led the Innovation and Transformation program in the Nordics for at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Now I have my own consulting company, called "ThinkBig Leaders", helping customers with building innovation mechanisms and with establishing AI strategies, playbooks, and building Generative AI-powered products.
I am also the author of the successful "100 Creative Presentation Ideas" book.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and General studies, and a Masters in Organizational Development. I am also Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and hold certifications of AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS AI Practitioner Early Adopter, and Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
