During your free trial period, you'll have access to our Support team via the Help page in your account and many of our paid features as outlined below.

While in trial, your account is technically subscribed to the free Launch plan, but with temporary access to higher-tier features (excluding some). Trial accounts are also subject to the respective limits of the Launch plan. If you choose not to upgrade to a paid plan when your trial ends, your account will remain on the free Launch Plan.

Every beehiiv account comes with a built-in beehiiv subdomain, giving your newsletter an instant home on the web. While a custom domain isn’t required, adding your own URL (like www.yousite.com) can offer a more personalized and professional presence.

This guide walks you through how to add and configure a custom domain to be used for your beehiiv publication. With a custom domain, you can:

• Use it as your web domain or redirect domain to host your publication.

• Set it as your email sending domain and branded link for newsletters.

beehiiv offers two ways to set up your custom domain:

• Entri Setup: A guided setup process compatible with many domain providers.

• Manual Setup: For advanced users familiar with managing DNS records directly.

Migrating your newsletter content to beehiiv involves exporting it from your previous platform and importing it into beehiiv. For many platforms, simply copying and pasting content from your previous provider into new beehiiv posts will suffice.

There are 2 types of beehiiv Boosts: Email Boosts and Web Boosts. Email Boosts can be inserted directly into your newsletter posts, offering rapid and high-quality growth potential for monetization. Whereas, Web Boosts are showcased on the Recommendations page within your Signup Flow, encouraging acquisition through new sign-ups.

The main difference being in who they are for; Web Boosts help you target new audiences, meanwhile Email Boosts tap into the existing subscriber bases of the boosting publications. To ensure you always receive applications from publications that you trust, only publications that you’ve already approved for Web boosts will be able to request Email boosts.
