A perspective is a lens through which to view your organization. By the end of this lecture you will be able to formulate your own mission, and design the scorecard to measure your journey to this goal.
Serving customers is critical to the bottomline. In this lesson we use formulas to integrate what we know about the customers with what we do to serve them better.
By the end of this lecture, you will know how to use formatting to create a visual of your organizations performance, measure customer satisfaction and new customer referral.
Internal processes are critical to success. This lecture outlines the basic components of measuring internal processes and makes suggestions as to how to increase efficiency. Students will learn some Excel tricks to include in their scorecards.

Money talks--in this scorecard we discuss the language of money--how to measure in an effective way the financial health of your organization. By the end of this lesson, the student will have updated their financial perspective and used an efficiency ratio to map financial status.
