Next, we demystify how the internet actually finds your site. You'll learn DNS in plain English, the most common DNS records (A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT), and how MX records route email.

Then comes the practical part — buying a domain. We compare top registrars (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hottinger), show you what to watch for in pricing and renewals, and help you choose a name that lasts.

You'll then build websites using multiple modern approaches: WordPress, Wix & Squarespace, Self-Hosting, and GitHub Pages (completely free). After that, we level up with AI: build your first site with ChatGPT in 15 minutes, create a multi-page portfolio with GitHub Copilot, add a blog using Jekyll, and build a docs-style portfolio with Docusaurus.

Finally, you'll connect a custom domain to GitHub Pages, enable HTTPS, and finish with a personal branding checklist that makes your site stand out.
