Create a custom Salesforce domain by selecting and saving a personal domain name, deploy it once provisioning completes, and log in using the new domain.
Create your portfolio site by enabling digital experiences, selecting a domain, and using a customer account portal template; enter your name and wait for the site to appear in preview.
Create additional pages for your portfolio using standard pages with a flexible layout. Link education and about me pages, adjust tile menu, and publish publicly with colors and gifs.
Fix the header position to keep the tabbed header visible as you scroll through the portfolio. Refresh, then test in preview by clicking authenticated user.
Add agent skills and profiles in service setup, using the quick find box to type skills, select options (including system administrator and support), then save.
Add the chat sessions to the service console by editing the app in app manager, then save your changes. Open the service console to see chat sessions in navigation.
