Simon has over 25 years experience in International Finance and Business. Simon is currently SVP, Finance for CR Worldwide, provider of cloud based, global incentive programs. Prior to CR Worldwide, Simon was VP, Finance at Oxford Immunotec Global plc, taking the company from early stage start-up in the UK to NASDAQ IPO in November 2013. In that role he built countless budget, forecasting, financial projection and capital structuring Excel files leveraging his earlier experience with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan to develop complex yet accurate Excel files to aid financial decision making and resource allocations.
Simon has a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London as well as MSc (Fin) from London Business School and is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW).
