The second step in your warm-up is breathing. In tis lesson, learn how inadequate breathing may impact your public speaking
In this lesson you will learn that your breath supports and protects your voice and the relaxing benefits of the exhalation.

The third step in your warm-up is Resonance. Our resonators, the mouth, nose and throat give our voice it's "shape" and sound. We want to achieve a balance between all three.

Clear speech is the first step in getting your message across well.
Learn about the 5 factors that clear speech depends on
Learn how important pause is for clear and engaging public speaking. You will learn about the 4 power pauses that will keep your speech clear, relaxed and will elevate your delivery style.
Make sure to add your pauses to your speech or practice speech
Learn about phrasing and how to use phrasing to help with the sense of your speeches. Learn about how less content is better.
You will have a little recap of what we have covered so far and an introduction to what is to come next
You will learn the importance of vocal variety in keeping your listeners engaged in what you say.
Many people are either afraid to add change to their voice or don't know how to. You will learn this here, each step of the way.
Learn how and when to change the pitch of your voice
Learn how and when to change the rate of your vocal delivery
Learn how to make an upwards and downward glide in your voice to highlight a word or phrase.
