Conscious Breathing, otherwise known as Conscious Breathwork known as Pranayama (or Pranayam) in Kundalini Yoga is the easiest, most direct, immediate and effective way to increase health.
It works by boosting the immune system, and hence help to keep illnesses such as viruses away, or fight them if you have already contracted them.
