Description
Conscious Breathwork, or Conscious Breathing, is known as Pranayama (or Pranayam) in Kundalini Yoga, and is the most direct, easiest and effective way to increase your health and vitality.
It works by boosting the immune system, and hence help to keep illnesses such as viruses away.
When you learn to master your breath, you also learn how to master your mind, and heal your body
These ancient, once secret, Breathing Techniques of Pranayama are tried and tested by the Kundalini Yogis, and have been shown to be extremely powerful!
The breaths that you will learn in this course, will help you:
Master your mind and defeat the 'mind virus' of fear that has plagued this planet for too long.
Reduce and prevent the build-up of toxins in the lungs, by encouraging the airing of the alveoli (small air sacks)
