Here we cover what alkaline breathing is and why we would use it.
In this practice we use different tempos with alkaline breathing and short exhale holds.
Learn the purpose of Dragons Breath (sometimes referred to as Lions Breath) and how to use it.
In this lecture we cover the importance of stimulating your organs and organ systems. Breath of Fire is a powerful tool in the activation of these systems.
Here we use Breath of Fire in a few different combinations that we covered in the previous lecture.
In this practice we use Alternate Nostril breathing in two different combinations. One to balance the brain and the other to dial in focus and flow.
After a few times of using cold water your body begins to appreciate the coolness. Your mind and energy also begin to calm... and a peace sets in.
Your body's brown fat becomes activated deep within which improves metabolism by using thermogenesis.
Now that we've established a connection to our bodies, we move into the next layer of beingness.
Begin to gain control of your mind.
This technique is another way for you to gain control of your mind.
Take a dive into your limitlessness ocean.
All physical ailments have an emotional root cause. Here we cover how that is possible and what to do about it.
Apply the techniques of emotional release to heal yourself and others.
This technique is a great follow up to an emotional release. Or use it anytime you would like to activate the feel good neurotransmitters!

Here we develop a Morning Centering Routine and an Evening Decompression Routine.
