In the beginning God breathed the breath of life into man. Breathing is the primal activity of man. Without the breath you can not live. We think of that as a physical phenomenon, but it is also pivotally related to your emotional and spiritual life also.
In this course you will receive some practical techniques for changing you life through breathing. That is right, we are talking about breathing as a primal change agent in your life. Choose the appropriate breathing and change you life, spiritually, emotionally and physically. For example, did you know that intentionally breathing in certain ways can lower and raise you blood pressure? Did you know that intentionally breathing in certain ways can change your emotional state. Negative and positive effects can be intentionally induced by breathing certain ways.
There are health implications to the using of your breath. I once helped a lady who was about to go into shock after a car accident I witnessed. We had no blanket to use to prevent shock. I coached her into a different breathing pattern until the EMS showed up.
Also, there are emotional ramifications of directed breathing. I have coached people in their breathing when they where emotionally upset and watched the bad emotions mitigate.
The spiritual results are also found in intentional breathing techniques. I have used breathing to move from a duality mindset to a oneness mindset.
