In this introduction, we will explore how breathing can be a powerful tool for healing. Through it, we take a step inward, allowing us to see and recognize our shadows. Breath helps us access a deeper mind, where we can embrace everything we are, without judgment or resistance. This process guides us toward an authentic connection with our essence, allowing us to transcend pain and transform it into self-love. In doing so, we discover the most important relationship in our lives: the relationship we have with ourselves.
Awareness and Healing Through Breath
In this video, we explore how everything in the universe is energy. When we lose someone we love, it is common to feel a deep emptiness and become trapped in painful emotions. With over 20 years of experience in conscious breathing, I will explain how this powerful practice can accelerate the healing process, helping us move beyond suffering and return to our center.
Conscious breathing allows us to witness the energy we move with each inhale and exhale. It is a key tool for taking a leap toward deep, organic healing, guiding us beyond the rational mind into an expanded state of awareness. What I share here is a toolbox designed to help you connect with your essence, integrate all parts of your being, and direct your energy toward inner balance.
The purpose of this course is to guide you back to the most important relationship in your life: the relationship with yourself. Through breath, you will discover a path of self-knowledge, healing, and transformation.
Emergency Breath: A Simple Technique to Calm Anxiety
In this video, I teach you a simple yet powerful technique that I call "the emergency breath." With just a few breaths in one minute, this practice can help us break free from anxiety and low-frequency emotions, allowing us to reconnect with our bodies. Through circular breathing—inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth—we step out of the painful narrative we are trapped in and restore balance in the present moment.
We apply this technique consciously as an accessible tool at any time. It can be used at the beginning of our theoretical classes to center the mind or whenever we find ourselves under stress or caught up in thoughts of suffering.
The emergency breath is a fast and effective tool for promoting calm and restoring mental clarity. Practice with me and discover how, in just a few moments, you can transform your emotional state and return to your center.
Nutrition for the Body and Mind in the Healing Process
In this video, I talk about the importance of nourishing both the body and mind when going through an emotionally challenging time, such as a breakup. It is essential not to overload the body with foods that do not truly nourish us and to avoid excessive eating, alcohol, or substances that can negatively impact our well-being. Maintaining a clean and balanced diet helps sustain our energy and emotional stability throughout this process.
But nutrition is not just physical; we must also be mindful of what we consume mentally. It is important to be aware of what we allow into our minds through social media, Netflix, the internet, and other platforms. Exposing ourselves to content that overwhelms us or disconnects us from our well-being can make healing more difficult.
By intentionally choosing what we eat and what we consume mentally, we promote a state of calm and clarity, making emotional recovery smoother. Taking care of ourselves on all levels helps us navigate the healing process with greater balance and inner strength.
In this video, I talk about the fear of feeling what truly resides in our bodies when going through a breakup. When we let go of someone we love, all kinds of emotions arise—ones we often try to avoid. However, the more we resist feeling, the more we remain trapped in pain.
Fear also intensifies when we face the uncertainty of the future. Not knowing what will happen, whether the person we love will return, or how our life will be without them can be deeply distressing. But fear, far from being an enemy, is a powerful energy that, when used consciously, can transform us.
Fear holds the power of alchemy—it offers us the opportunity to turn pain into self-love. By embracing it instead of rejecting it, we can use it as a force for growth, a driving energy to strengthen our relationship with ourselves and discover that everything we need is already within us.
In this video, I talk about the importance of keeping a journal to document our healing journey. Writing allows us to bring more awareness to each step we take, helping us deepen our inner transformation.
The journal serves as a tool for observation, where we can record how we feel before practicing conscious breathing and how our energy shifts after each session. Noting our sensations, emotions, and reflections during breathwork and meditation helps us recognize the profound impact these practices have on our well-being.
Through writing, we become aware of the power of conscious breathing and how it guides us on our path to healing. Each written word is a reflection of our journey and a testament to our evolution.
Returning Home: A Breath to Bring You Back to Yourself
In this video, I share a very simple yet powerful breathing practice that I call "Returning Home." It is a basic technique that helps us enter a deep meditative state and reconnect with our center.
The breathing is simple: we inhale for four counts and exhale for four counts, creating a rhythm that calms the mind and guides us into a deeper state of awareness. Through this practice, we leave behind external noise and return to our inner space, experiencing a sense of peace and grounding.
We always use the breath as a gateway to meditation, allowing us to release stress and find refuge within ourselves. With this meditation, we do exactly that—return to our inner home, back to our center.
In this video, we practice a breathing technique that helps calm the nervous system and access a deep state of consciousness.
The practice consists of inhaling for four counts and exhaling for eight counts. If this rhythm feels too challenging, you can adjust it to inhale for three counts and exhale for six, or choose a timing that best suits your capacity. The key is to make the exhalation twice as long as the inhalation, promoting deeper relaxation.
Through this breathwork, we continue training our mind to reach a profound mental state. At this level, we can influence the subconscious, where our habits and mental patterns reside.
Afterward, I guide you through a deep meditation designed to release limiting beliefs and cultivate new positive thoughts. In this space of introspection, we explore the power of forgiveness, allowing ourselves to feel it in our hearts and let go of emotional burdens.
Circular Breathing to Access Inner Peace
In this video, we engage in a deep circular breathing practice, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, with breath retentions both with empty and full lungs. This technique helps us access a deeper mental state, where we can feel that the foundation of our being is always peace.
It is a powerful practice that you can do once a day if it resonates with you. This type of breathing has the ability to cleanse deep emotions from our system, even if we are not consciously aware of what is happening. It performs a profound cleansing of the nervous system, helping energy flow freely while releasing accumulated tensions and recurring thoughts.
By practicing it, we give ourselves the opportunity to rest in our own peace. This technique allows us to bring our energy back home—to return to our center. It is one of the most powerful forms of self-love, helping us cultivate the most important relationship of all: the one with ourselves.
The Path to Healing in Four Steps
In this video, I explore the path to healing through four key steps that we will try to experience directly: recognition, acceptance, surrender, and release. These processes can naturally and organically accelerate through the practice of conscious breathing, which has the power to transform painful emotions into self-love, helping us progress in our personal evolution.
Conscious breathing guides us toward the most important relationship we can have in this life—the relationship with ourselves. Without this deep connection to our being, it is impossible to build healthy relationships with others or with the work we do in the world. True power lies in letting go of everything that blocks us, in freeing ourselves from emotional burdens that hold us back.
By releasing, we experience the liberation that allows us to open ourselves to everything we wish to achieve. This healing journey is a path to emotional freedom and self-empowerment, enabling us to live with greater fulfillment and inner peace.
Recognition: The First Step Toward Healing
In this video, we explore the first step on the path to healing: recognition. We use alternate nostril breathing as a tool to help us access a deeper mental state. The technique is as follows:
Inhale through the left nostril for four counts.
Exhale through the right nostril for eight counts.
Inhale through the right nostril for four counts.
Exhale through the left nostril for eight counts.
This completes one cycle. You can follow the detailed instructions in the video to guide you through the practice.
Alternate nostril breathing helps us enter a deeper meditative state, where we can connect with our body and emotions. In this space, the goal is to recognize what we are truly feeling in our body—without judgment or resistance. This step of recognition is essential for beginning to understand and release the emotions that block us in our healing process.
In this video, we talk about acceptance and seek to experience it by deepening our state of mind through alternate nostril breathing with breath retention.
Instructions:
Inhale through the left nostril for four counts.
Hold the breath, closing both nostrils, for eight counts.
Exhale through the right nostril for eight counts.
Inhale through the right nostril for four counts.
Hold the breath, closing both nostrils, for eight counts.
Exhale through the left nostril for eight counts.
This completes one full cycle.
This breathing technique helps bring our nervous system into a state of deep calm, easing uncomfortable emotions and cultivating inner peace. From this state, we can positively influence our perception, allowing us to accept everything we feel naturally and effortlessly.
In this video, we continue our journey toward healing, exploring surrender through direct experience.
We allow the breath to guide us into a deeper state of mind, where we can influence our internal patterns.
Today, we will practice box breathing. Imagine a square:
Visualize the bottom-left corner and begin by inhaling for four counts as you move up the left side.
Hold the breath for four counts as you travel to the top-right corner.
Exhale for four counts as you descend along the right side.
Hold the breath for four counts as you move back to the bottom-left corner, completing the square with your breath.
As you follow this pattern, allow the breath to gently guide you into meditation. We will practice total surrender to everything we feel, allowing ourselves to experience the spaciousness that unfolds afterward.
In this video, we arrive at the final step on the path to healing: letting go.
To do this, we use circular breathing, which helps us reach a deeper state of mind where we can influence our internal patterns.
The Technique:
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Repeat, creating a continuous breath flow, like a circle.
At the end of the breathing round, we hold the breath with full lungs in a practice known as Kumbhaka, which helps still the mind. This breathwork is intense, mobilizes a great amount of energy, and facilitates the release of blocked emotions.
Letting go is not something we can consciously force; it happens when we are ready—just like a ripe fruit naturally falls from the tree. Through this practice, we approach that moment of surrender, leaving the past behind without fear and fully embracing the present. Only then can we create a new future, rooted in the most important relationship of all: the relationship with ourselves.
In this video, we practice alternate nostril breathing without breath retention (easier version).
No theory—just follow along to deepen your practice.
This technique, also known as Anuloma Viloma or Nadi Shodhana, helps balance energy and calm the mind.

You can use it as many times as needed to perfect this technique.
In this video, we will engage in an intense circular breathing practice that will help release blocked emotions and balance the nervous system.
It is important to approach this practice with care, progressively increasing the intensity. We will follow the complete healing map: once we enter a deep mental state with circular breathing, we will explore recognition, acceptance, surrender, and letting go.
We will allow our energy to return to our center, nourishing all that we are. From this space, we can let go with love, understanding that the greatest love is allowing others the freedom to choose. This act is a proclamation of our own love for ourselves.
In this video, we explore the power of our mind.
Everything we carry in our mind is our perception of the world and the relationships we experience. Through breathwork, we can access a deeper state of mind, changing the information within us and, therefore, our perception of how we relate to others and to ourselves.
When we understand this truth, we decide to embark on the path of healing, realizing that we can live a purposeful life, filled with everything we have always desired. Through the path of breath, we can accelerate our process of evolution and healing.
The best outcome is to minimize suffering and pain, returning to our center as quickly as possible to be all that we are and restore the most important relationship in our lives: the relationship with ourselves.
In this video, I explain how, when we think about another person, we are actually the first to receive those thoughts.
That's why it is so important to send good wishes to the people who leave our side, as we are the first to receive those good wishes. Conscious breathing helps us reach a deeper state of mind, where any low-vibration thought or emotion can be transformed into a higher emotion and a purer thought.
In this way, we help the person who was by our side, and whom we still care about, to continue their path in the best possible way, while also receiving that blessing to continue our own journey in the best way possible.
No one knows the future; we don't know if the person we cared about will return someday or if someone new will appear who resonates better with our energy. But in this journey, the most important relationship will always be the one we have with ourselves.
In this video, we practice a strong and circular breath to help unblock and move all the energy in the emotional body, facilitating access to a deeper state of mind.
Once there, we enter meditation and repeat affirmations that will become small seeds. These seeds fall into our responsibility to water and nurture them so they can grow and become strong trees with deep roots, creating a protection in our life.
That protection is a pure mind, with clear thoughts and high-vibration emotions—a resilient mind capable of understanding even the most difficult situations, a self-love that allows us to forgive, let go, and continue our path with dignity, fully accompanying ourselves.
This generates an aura of magnetism that attracts all the beautiful things we desire in life.
Never be afraid of the flow of life; when something ends, it’s because something new is about to begin.
Perhaps that new thing is the return of the person we once wanted. If that happens, they will meet a person who has worked on themselves and grown. Or maybe someone new will enter our life, someone who resonates better with our energy.
But the most important thing is to find ourselves and embrace who we are with all our soul. Only then can we have a relationship with another person that is worthy and conscious, filled with respect and love.
