Welcome to my Course where you can learn and experience how your Breath & a simple technique called Tapping (eft) can support you in feeling more Calm & Grounded in everyday life.

Breath & Tapping send a signal to your nervous system to say “Hey, I’m safe, it’s ok to relax

What I LOVE about these two techniques is that they can be used anywhere and lets you to take back some power and control over regulating your nervous system to feel more Calm, Balanced and Present.

This course is for you if:

*You want to have more control over how you feel

*You are fed up feeling anxious / overwhelmed or consumed by unpleasant feelings and feeling like you cant change

This course is designed to give YOU easy ways to shift from feeling stressed or activated in your nervous system to feeling regulated and calm.

Going through Illness (two kidney transplants) and losing a brother my nervous system was totally dysregulated. I have spent many years doing work on myself, learning & practising different techniques to help me feel safe in the body, to stop me feeling so consumed by unpleasant emotions and most importantly what I can use myself in everyday life. Breath & Tapping are my go to’s everyday and I am grateful to have these in my life.

I’ve always loved the fact that I can use Tapping & Breath on my own each day and this is what I want for you. I want you to experience how these two can be easily used each day and most importantly I want you to begin using these two techniques in your every day life so you feel less overwhelmed and able to think more clearly, so you feel more Empowered and in control over your emotions because for me this was the most important – feeling like I’ve some control over my inner state.

This is why I put this course together and this is what I want for you more than anything – to feel more Empowered & in control over your inner state.

Imagine being able to notice the beginnings of anxiety or overwhelm or worry and quickly able to do some Breath and/or Tapping to ease or even shift those feelings altogether to more Calming, Pleasant feelings.

This is possible and YOU CAN DO THIS, by taking a few minutes to Stop, Breathe & Tap and letting your nervous system know “I AM SAFE”
