I’ve always loved making bread. That amazing smell that spreads through your house while baking fresh bread is unlike anything else.
I usually prefer using whole grain flours - in this class I use whole spelt flour, light spelt flour, and whole wheat flour, but you can use other flours as well.
You will learn great recipes that you will make again and again - we are going to learn how to make different breads using nutrient dense, wholesome recipes.
Each recipe has its own step by step video, written recipe, ingredient and equipment list!
Enjoy an intimate experience at your own home, as we meet new ingredients and flavours, learn helpful kitchen tips, and prepare yummy recipes, in a wonderful hands-on experience!
So join me and learn how to make your own bread!
Special Notes:
Equipment Required:
Blender (needed for 1 recipe – Buckwheat Wraps)
3 recipes in this class can be made gluten-free: Buckwheat Wraps, Aloo Paratha, and Sourdough Starter
