Watch the introductory lesson on neurobic exercise is and how it can help to enhance our cognitive abilities and to improve memory. The video also shows tips and recommendations on how best to undergo the training to achieve the most effective learning!
You control your legs, arms, body, head, and other parts. Can you control ten fingers? Bend and unbend at will several at once, after one for example? But these are also parts of your body that you can give orders to, and they will become obedient, they will respond quickly to your commands.
What is it for?
Some of us might feel numbness and stiffness on our fingers and joints, it is good to give it a good massage and warm up before taking on more challenging brain exercises! We need to prepare our device for use so that it becomes flexible and does not get tired of training.
This video shows hand movement called Pointer!
The right hand is Pieceful sign. Left - index looks at the right hand.
We change hands alternately to learn the movements.
Then we change the positions of the hands at the same time. Try speed up!
With right hand pinch the nose, left hand crossover the righh hand and pinch the earlobe. Change hand.
We do it at a fast pace.
Now that you have mastered this, we do variations of this exercise: we touch the tip of the nose with outstretched straight fingers - index, middle and ring fingers, and pinch the ear - with thumb and index finger.
Place your palm together with your pinky fingers touching each other. Then start moving your fingers one by one.
Exercise your fingers by bending them 90 degree one by one.
In this exercise, you will be alternating the ok and good signs for both hands. It is getting harder now!
This exercise is getting harder. It requires you to alternate 2 different hand signs with 2 hands simultaneously! You will find that you have a breakthrough after doing such exercises!
Neurobics are activities, or mental (cognitive) exercises that stimulate the brain, prevent memory loss, and improve memory recall.
Just as physical exercise stimulates the muscles, so the muscle of the brain is stimulated with neurobic exercise. We all are familiar with the benefits of aerobic exercise to the heart and the lungs, but we often overlook the benefits of neurobics to strengthening of neurons and neuronal networks. The association here is so simple, and yet so often ignored.
In sum, neurobics comprehensively stimulate different areas of the brain.
Most studies on memory show a decline in memory abilities with increasing age. Neurobics is exercising the brain to seek memory benefits which helps people of all ages. Exercising the brain implies engaging attention in utilizing multiple sense organs to work on a novel task. As we expose ourselves to challenges, we make our brain more flexible. A simple example of this could be breaking the normal routine in which we conduct our daily activities, like taking a new route while driving.
In this course, you will find more than 10 brain exercises that you can practice daily. More exercises will be added along the way. Just spend at least 10 mins a day and you will be able to boost memory, stay focus and carry out more difficult tasks. Most important of all, you might be able to prevent or delay Alzheimer or Dementia.
