What to expect?
In this course, you will embark on a physical and emotional journey. The first few days are the most challenging, this is because our body is going through a major change. We are hard wired for survival and if our mind senses that we're making any changes, it will start to sound the "alarm". Please don't be alarmed. Any new habit takes time, usually around 21 days. The first stage is to stop the toxins from entering our body. Our mind thinks these toxins are good for us, which is why we get emotional when we deprive our body from them initially. After our mind and body realise that this new way of life is beneficial, it will ask for more! We will replace harmful food with nutritious, fresh, yummy foods and our body will begin to reset itself. Then, after the process is finished, we can start to test foods, just like a baby and see how we react to each one and know for sure, which is good for us and which is bad. This is like being reborn and you are guaranteed to love it!
The first 3 days:
Rice, rice and more rice!
Whole round rice is the best type for this process and try to cook it so it comes out like sushi rice. On the sushi side.
Also, drink as many fluids as you can.
By fluids, we mean water.
There is no limit to the amount of rice you can eat. When you're hungry and craving something sweet, eat that rice. It will be your best friend for next few days, so try to enjoy it!

What is enema and why do it?
An enema is an ancient form of helping the system flush out the toxins, in a natural manner, with a basic kit that is used by inserting into the rectum.
We highly recommend to do the enemas in this detox course, although, it's not mandatory.

What is a diet?
Our detox method is a process of elimination. What does that mean? Well, once you begin to detox, your body will start to identify, with precision, for the first time in its life since it was a baby, what foods are beneficial and which are detrimental. We slowly add foods into our diet and immediately we will know by our body's reaction. It could be flatulence, or pains, nausea, lack of energy or other symptoms. That's what is great about this process, it's individual and you get to build the menu, as you learn what is good for you and what is not.

Why is this an emotional and physical journey?
Most of us know that our nutritional lifestyle affects our emotions. When, we begin to clean out the toxins from our body and stop consuming harmful foods, our body goes through a change that is both physical and emotional. For each person it's different, but let's just say that we have witnessed people overcome many emotional issues, as well as physical, some which have lasted their entire lives! 
The enema by far, is the most influential in this process, as many toxins which are flushed out in the enema, are not able to leave the body by the usual visits to the toilet. Some of these toxins have been in our system since we were a baby! What is defecation and how does it change in this process?
We have to bring this up, although some people get grossed out when we talk about it, but it is an inevitable topic and one of the major indicators of our progress. It is basically our poop and how it looks and smells tells us a lot about how our system is functioning. During the process we can expect it to change and usually for the better. The ideal poop is long like a sausage or connected balls, odourless and dry when we wipe. Any other form, is not a good sign, especially when softer and more mushy and especially when the smell is bad. When the toxins leave our body during this process, it will begin to change for the better and there will be times when you no longer even need toilet paper to wipe!

From improved moods and focus to skin and hair texture, there are many positive changes which occur during the process and they are individual. Expect to transform into a better you.

How do we document the process?
There are a couple of things we need to do to document the process so that we can see the changes later on.
Firstly we take a full body photo of ourselves.
Secondly, we take a close up photo of our tongue.
Thirdly we weigh ourselves and write down the results - if possible also including BMI and visceral fat. These measurements are available on more advanced scales, if you don't have them at home, you can find them at various medical establishments.
