Description

In this reduced version of my extended online course for body music you find a selection of 3 rhythms and grooves that you can play either to well-loved pop-songs or a-capella. Plus: there are three exercises that will help you train your rhythm skills and body percussion technique if praised regularly.

Each rhythm is broken down slowly so you can learn at your own speed - take it step by step if you’re a beginner, or rush through it if you’re a pro! Review the lessons as oft as you need to. With some previous experience you’ll spend approximately a week learning the grooves.

This course is for you if you’d like to improve your coordination, concentration, musical perception and rhythmical skills. The exercises will rewire your brain and can be integrated into a daily practice routine for musicians. Also non musicians will enjoy the tasks as they help us understand musical pulsation and structure.

Especially music teachers & students, singers, drummers, dancers and group leaders will profit from this course. As a music teacher, you can take the grooves into your classroom and pass them on to your students. And if you have enough of the original songs you can just try out he patterns with other tracks of your choice.

Enjoyment guaranteed - addiction possible!
