How to create, manage and share markup tool sets in Bluebeam Revu20

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Bluebeam Revu is helpful, but not required

Description

Thanks for checking out my free class on Bluebeam Revu Tool Set library creation, management and sharing.
The ability to create reusable libraries of symbols with standard geometry, metadata, named layer assignments and more is a key feature of Revu.

The lecture videos were originally created for our YouTube channel.
I decided to create a free class here using that content in order to possibly reach and help more people.

This course contains five lectures on topics specific to tool set library management.
Lecture #1 discusses different types of markups you can create and store in tool set libraries.
Lecture #2 discusses how to create a tool set library that is auto-generated from a list of punchlist definitions.
Lecture #3 discusses how markups stored in a tool set can be scaled up or down when placing in a document with a different scale.
Lecture #4 discusses the importance of defining descriptive markup subject and label values when creating and storing markup symbols.
Lecture #5 contains a 54 minute lecture on creating, managing & sharing tool set libraries. Some of what is covered in lectures one through four gets repeated in lecture number five, but additional information is covered also.

If you like what you see in this class and would like to discuss training options for your organization my contact information is provided in the videos.
