On the other hand PDF.co provides exceptional functionality to work with PDFs. This video is all about Blue Prism plugin for PDF.co. This video is all about converting PDF to TEXT in Blue Prism with help of PDF.co plugin. There is always need to convert document from one format to other, such as PDF to TEXT. With this plugin we can convert either whole PDF to TEXT format or either certain pages to text format. We can also further fine tune this data extraction by providing extraction region co-ordinates so that it'll only extract from that region only.

PDF.co has in-built support for OCR, hence this extension works well with scanned PDF. There are various options in a way we want output. For example if we want direct url of output PDF we can configure it, also option to get inline output in response is also available.

With this plugin we can convert either whole PDF to CSV format or either certain pages to text format. We can also further fine tune this data extraction by providing extraction region co-ordinates so that it'll only extract data from that region only.

We can also change csv output separator delimiter also, like ',' to '-' or whatever we prefer.

In this video we'll demonstrate adding text or images to existing PDF in Blue Prism using PDFco plugin.

Text objects can be configured to be in specific position with desired font type and size. Also we can decide if these added text objects should be transparent or not. Urls can also be associated which serve as hyperlinks on these added text annotations. Properties also provided so that we can configure on which pages these text annotations needs to be added. Multiple text objects can be added using pipe '|' separator.

Image objects can be configured to be in desired height and width. We can specify position of image in PDF page and also configure pages where these images needs to be added. Url can be associated with image so that it added image serve as hyperlink. Multiple image objects can be added using pipe '|' separator.

Automating filling of PDF forms is performance buster. In this video we'll demonstrate how to fill pdf form in Blue Prism using pdf.co plugin. We need to provide form field name along with value to be filled in specific input format.

If we're not aware of name of form fields we can also use PDF.co api '/pdf/info/fields' to get name of all form fields.
