Course content

10 sections127 lectures15h 21m total length
  • Downloading and installing Blender4:59

Download blender from the official site, select the latest version or a portable build, then launch, open files, and render while mastering middle-mouse navigation.

  • Exercice Files0:02

Please download the exercice files to follow along.

  • Using the Editors6:45

Explore blender's editors: 3d viewport, outliner, and properties, to navigate objects, collections, and modifiers; use the real-time Eevee render view and timeline for animation.

  • The Layouts9:12

Explore Blender layouts and dynamic windowing, learn to split and join viewports, switch between the 3D viewport, outliner, shader editor, and timeline, and reset to the default layout.

  • Navigating the Viewport10:36

Navigate the blender viewport with a three-button mouse to orbit and pan. Zoom with ctrl or the scroll wheel, and explore orthographic views or orbit around selected objects.

  • The Shading Modes7:32

Navigate the scene by switching shading modes from solid to wireframe, look dev, and rendered view using z, while managing overlays and selection to focus on objects and lighting.

  • Component modes7:19

Explore Blender's component modes in the 3D viewport, using random mode to colorize, and x-ray, wireframe, and cavity views, and switch between object and edit modes with Tab.

  • The Importance of Shortcuts, how to create them6:26

Master Blender shortcuts to speed up workflows by using keybindings and custom bindings. Manage keymaps in preferences and export or import shortcuts for reuse.

  • How to Move Objects12:27

Select the object and move it with the gizmo or the g key, using global or local axes to constrain motion; rotate with r and scale with s.

  • Collections, How to Organize your Project8:09

Organize your blender projects with collections, learn how visibility and memory affect rendering, create and manage nested collections, and efficiently move, color, and filter objects across podiums.

  • Importing Objects from Other Blender Files4:34

Use the append function to import objects, collections, and scenes from other Blender files, move items between scenes via the outliner, and import materials, lights, cameras, or images.

  • The Addon System : one of the best feature of Blender !4:14

Explore Blender's extension system and manage add-ons like Node Wrangler and extra objects by installing, activating, and unloading them without restarting.

Description

Whether you're just opening Blender for the first time or looking to refine your skills to professional polish, this training is your all-access pass to mastering the 3D pipeline — one object, one detail, one shortcut at a time.

This training condenses over 15 years of my experience teaching 3D to professionals. I started using Blender relatively recently after many years and awards on Cinema 4D, and I love how this free, open-source software makes 3D accessible to anyone.

I designed this scene to be as close as possible to a real-world project, showcasing  a variety of techniques and strategies that can be used to achieve your goals.

Start simple — model a breakfast table. An orange. An apple. A banana. A spoon resting by a coffee cup. A glass of fresh juice. By the time you're done, it’s not just food — it’s photorealism.

Then level up. Sculpt artisan bread, simulate cloth drapes, and scatter droplets on fruit with Geometry Nodes. Simulate a pile of delicious-looking coffee beans. Model a Moka pot with engineering-level precision, then shade it with custom metal materials, scratches and all.

UV unwrap like a pro. Paint your models with subtlety and flair. Dive into Eevee and Cycles and discover how to make your scenes pop with lighting, materials, and mood. Smoke, sunlight, condensation, and cinematic camera moves — it’s all here.

From static to cinematic. Set your scene, light it like a director, and breathe life into your shots with animation and compositing.

This isn’t just training. It’s a step-by-step, object-by-object transformation into a 3D artist who can model, texture, shade, light, and render — with confidence.

120+ focused lessons. No fluff. Just pure Blender magic.
Real-world results. Professional techniques. Begginer friendly.

One scene. Many lessons. Endless possibilities.
