There are always individuals who want more in our society today and a lot of them see other people being blessed and they believe that they should have those blessing to, they are right, every person who has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior have received an inheritance. However, what some people don’t understand is that those people who appear to be reaping the benefits of accepting Jesus Christ had to defeat some giants in order to receive what the Lord had for them and likewise you will have to do the same thing.

You have to trust in God's strength and keep the faith. The vision is always for the appointed time. Faith does not make things easy, it makes them possible, sometimes the best thing you can do is have faith that everything will work out for the best, true peace comes from knowing that God is in control. Some obstacles that we deal with aren’t even real because we have let our fears, worries, or lies from others keep us paralyzed from dealing with obstacles. Many times the key to overcoming a major obstacle is to first deal with what we allow our minds to focus on and realign our thinking to be on par with the Word of God. Obstacles not only remind us of our weakness in and of ourselves, but they also are a reminder that God is in control. The Lord is never caught off guard by our problems or situations. He uniquely prepares and chooses us for the journey of dealing with our obstacles. We are told in Scripture repeatedly that God is our strength and refuge, an ever-present help in trouble. He will never leave us nor forsake us. He knows our tomorrows, our hearts, our thoughts, and our ways. He is our Shepherd, who makes us lie down in green pastures, leads us beside the still waters, and restores our souls. Today, we find ourselves in the valley. Some are in the valley of cancer or another diagnosis. Others are in a valley of financial hardship. Some are trudging through a valley of anxiety or depression. We have to cross the valley to get to our victory, just like Joshua and Israel. We don’t like that. We want to be air-lifted out of the whole situation, but God wants us to go through the valley to reach the victory.

Before God moves suddenly, we will wait. Waiting for answers is a fact of life—nobody gets out of it. So the question is not if we'll wait, but rather how we’ll wait. And I believe how we wait will determine how long we wait.
