I am not saying that it will be an easy path, it is more like a marathon, where many elements will have to be taken into account. I would like to share with you tools and practices that will help you on your way. After working for more than 30 years in a multinational company and more than 10 years in the Human Resources area where, I have dedicated myself to accompanying my colleagues in their professional careers.
The first thing to know is that we all have talent, we all have a potential to develop, to share with others, and that can help us to achieve our goals. It is normal to feel lost when we are about to undertake a big change in our lives, whether it is because we are going from student to professional, or because we want to change our job, role or responsibilities. Sometimes the task is hard, but it is achievable. I have witnessed this in hundreds of cases.
I have created this course with the aim of showing you how to approach your future steps with a thoughtful, optimistic and realistic plan that will bring you closer to your goals. You will be the one who sets the pace, establishes the priorities and executes your own plan. I will share with you several ways, and you will be able to choose the one that best suits you, depending on your circumstance. READY?

Instructor
ENGLISH: I am a career economist, but I have never practiced as such. Many years ago, I joined a leading multinational company in the IT sector. I had the opportunity and the good fortune to quickly move into training, executive and career coaching, leadership training and new working techniques for creating collaborative environments.
I have conducted hundreds of job interviews to recruit new employees and have enjoyed helping them to define their career path and find their place.
My personal life is also very active. Somehow I have always been linked to volunteer work with NGOs of various kinds (solidarity projects in other continents, mentoring start-ups, or accompanying young people at university), and I am also part of the Jury of the Knowsquare Awards, where each year we draw up a list of what we consider to be the 10 best books on leadership, management and trends, which we recommend to a large network of managers.
And I cannot fail to mention Attention Deficit Disorder. ADHD has been with me for more than 25 years and has been such a determining factor in my life and that of my loved ones. Being a mother of a child with this disorder has been an immense challenge and now, at the end of the road, I can say that there is light at the end of the tunnel. But best of all, it has made us grow as people. In my particular case, I travelled to Australia to begin to understand with a biologist about the brain and neuroleadership and she referred me to ADHD specialists in the United States.
I have had the opportunity to become certified with one of the top American psychiatrists as a Brain Health Coach and Trainer and I am happy to see how knowledge of the brain is going to be the cornerstone of many transformations in people's lives. Neuroscience represents a phenomenal help in optimizing work performance while maintaining a balance with personal life. I am already seeing it.
