Breakdown Videos:
In the breakdown videos, Laylianah provides detailed explanations of how to do the movements. She will also tell you the common pitfalls to watch out for while you are practicing which she has observed over more than a decade of teaching Bellydance professionally!
Drills Videos:
Life is busy, and making dedicated practice time can be hard! But you will see improvement faster if you practice 10 minutes a day, 6 days a week, than you will if you do just one hour a week in class. That's why Drills are short and sweet, with most being 10 minutes or less. A little practice everyday will go a long way!
Doing the warm up video is highly recommended before starting any of the Drills videos, and always end with a good Cool Down. Also, be sure to consult your doctor before starting any new Fitness program.
