Description

If you have children and young people with ADHD in your world, this is for YOU!

My course will provide you with reassuringly simple and effective positive behavioural strategies, which can be used immediately, to help you to have a more grounded home life.

In this course I cover behaviour in all sections, and as you work through the lectures you'll find more and more examples which will be similar to your own scenarios.  At each stage you'll be able to choose the best approaches for you and your family, and learn how to embed positive actions and thoughts into your everyday life.

During the process, you'll feel more confident about sticking to the methods which work for you.  When your routines become commonplace in your home, these will then be the anchor for the improvements in behaviour, which in turn will increase your confidence further.

Your child(ren) will learn to respect routines and boundaries, and your family life will improve!  Not to mention the fact that everyone will feel safe within the new routines, and it will clear away some thought space for other things.  Win win!

I hope that you enjoy learning the techniques that I suggest, and look forward to seeing you on other courses.

Who this course is for:

  • Suitable for parents or grandparents or carers of children with ADHD
  • Childminders will also find the information extremely beneficial to their day job
