In this pre-program, we cover how to use this course information successfully in four steps

Step 1- Come with a skill and an idea of what your offering as a coach is.

Step 2- Get clear on where this approach fits into your personal coaching style.

Step 3- DO YOUR OWN WORK! This one is important. Self-regulating in any service industry is important, but it is especially important to be walking the path that you are teaching. Here we will cover a few resources to keep you honest in your own journey.

Step 4- Use the resources in your course. Actually do the prompts, activities, and think through all parts of the course. You are worth the time it takes to be intentional about your skill development.

  • About the Instructor3:44

    Hey there!

I am Brea, or Dr. Breanna Reeser.

Like most people finding a way to make an impact in the world, my background is a winding mix of things. I started with the idea of exercise as medicine, transitioned to organizing systems to increase likelihood of health behavior choices, and then settled right here in empowering others to live fully. My core belief is that people make choices that are in alignment with their highest good when they are supported in developing self-efficacy and resilience. This is true whether I am teaching coaches how to be more empathetic or whether you are teaching your clients how to be anything at all.
