In this course, I will be walking you through on how to read, write and speak Yoruba Language.

3. Practice, Practice, Practice. (Very Important)

The course is being created in a breaking down processes for you to quickly understand and also enjoy the course.

Yoruba is a language spoken in West Africa, primarily in Southwestern and Central Nigeria.

It is spoken by the ethnic Yoruba people.

The number of Yoruba speakers is roughly 44 million, plus about 2 million second-language speakers.

Efo Riro.

Iresi.

Ewa Agoyin.

Akara.

Ewedu.

Igbin.

Amala.

Gbegiri.

Ikokore (Water yam porridge)

Sapala/Abari (Corn Pudding)

Egbo and Ewa (Cornmeal Pudding and Beans)

Pupuru

Ofuloju/Ekuru (White Moinmoin)

Kokoro Egba (Corn Stick)

Yoruba is the dominant language in the following areas:

Nigeria

Akoko Edo- Edo State

Ekiti State

Lagos State

Ogun State

Ondo State

Osun State

Oyo State

Kwara State

Western Kogi State (Okun people and Oworo people)
