Introduction to the Pioneer!2:09
In this video we are doing a quick intro for the Pioneer XDJ-RX! This gear is the original predecessor to the Pioneer XDJ-RX2 and the XDJ-RR, meaning you can follow along super easily with all the other gear because the Pioneer XDJ-RX is the original stand alone mixer that Pioneer made!
Features of the Mixer6:38
In this video we talk about the mixer part of the gear and I go over all the different parts of it. The mixer is the essential part where you control the transition and manipulation of the audio! This middle section is home to the fx, eq's, faders and selection of the tracks!
Features of the Decks7:43
In this video we talk about the features of the decks! This part is where you control the music itself, adjust it for beatmatching and play/cue the track as well as many other things!

In this video we will be going over the EQ's of the gear, what EQ is used for, the different situations of using EQ and going through a few examples with tracks!

In this video we go over the cues and hot cues! These are some great tools to use when beatmatching, skipping to different parts of the song and toggling cool loop effects!

In this video we go over the color fx on the gear! Color fx are super great and can offer you so much creativity in your mix! I personally love the filter effect XD

In this video we go over beat fx. Beat effects are super useful for transitions, building up hype in the tracks and making cool sounds in your mix! I love to play around with echo and spiral in my mixes and theyre the most essential to master out of all of them! So if you are confused on where to start (because theres so many beat fx), start with the echo and reverb and spiral! These are the ones you are going to use the most, the other ones are less used overall by DJ's when they mix so those you can play around with on your own time and develop them to your own use!

Ah the one button that has the most controversy in the industry! In this video I go over what the cue button is and how it works and in what situations you should use it! I personally dont use it but there are situations where I have seen other DJs use it in a way that doesnt take away from beatmatching but just helps them make their mix more complex by taking away the menial task of beatmatching (in some situations)...
