Join me on this journey to learn how to connect your mind and body as one. This is a great way to start on your mat. Learn to connect your mind to your physical body, taking time to connect with yourself. Learn how to calm your breath, basic yoga poses and ultimately calm your mind from the busy world out there! By signing up to this challenge you are making a commitment to yourself to show up on your yoga mat. Just remember consistency is key to reap the full benefits of yoga! Starting off small to create a new habit we will do 2 classes a week over the next 4 weeks setting a small achievable goal and working our way up to achieve more. I have a video on advice based off my journey with yoga and different breathing techniques that can be used. Yoga is a great way to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, stress, strengthen muscles, gain flexibility and much more! Please be patient with your yoga practice, listen to my voice guide you and visualize what it happening in the body and I promise you are going to love yoga by the end of this challenge!
