Jillian's goal is to help you uncover joy and freedom of movement through your practice, whether it be traditional yoga asana, partner acrobatics, or any other way of connecting with the body and the world around you. She comes from a yoga background that is rooted in the traditions of Mysore-style Ashtanga and the Bikram/Ghosh series, and she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Talia Sutra. In addition to her yoga experience, Jillian leverages her knowledge as an NASM certified Personal Trainer and as a stretching expert at StretchLab to communicate a movement practice that is accessible for everybody. Together with her partner, Mazen Faloughi, she has been teaching in-person acro classes in the local San Francisco community. Inspired by the success of their beginner students, Mazen and Jillian decided to make an online offering of their class.
