Kids Yoga schedule to unwind before bedtime. Kids will practice simple Breathing practices, Meditation and Mindfulness in a creative way that's calming & relaxing for body & mind. 5 Lessons incorporating Creative Breathing, Mindfulness, Meditation with Positive affirmation for kids.
This course is intended for purchase by Adults, Parents Guardians, or Teachers who will be supervising Kid's learning & kids' accounts & enrollment will be managed by Adults. This course is suitable for parents whose kids want to learn Yoga.
Yoga is not only for adults, Kids need yoga as much as we do. We're living in a world that is very fast-paced, full of distraction, where there is information everywhere, computers, TV, video games. Peer pressure, academic etc. which unconsciously builds stress in kids. Yoga is a low-cost, helpful tool that can have a positive impact on children.

Hi! I am Parul Chaturvedi & am passionate about sharing the joy of Yoga with everyone. Love making yoga fun & enjoyable for Kids & Families.
Parul has been teaching Yoga for the last 8 years in schools, studios, online etc. She is a kids & teens yoga teacher, lead trainer of 95 Hours Kids Yoga Teacher's Training ( Yoga Alliance Certified) and content creator with +6,000 hours of teaching experience. She founded BlissYogaSG in 2016 and is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher,RCYT®,ERYT®200,YACEP®.
Parul is specialized and passionate about children’s yoga but also certified in Hatha, Yin, Yoga Therapy, Anatomy, Prenatal, Mindfulness & Sound Healing.

Parul loves to make Yoga fun & engaging for Kids, so kids grow with beautiful memories of Yoga and can use this self-help tool of Yoga & Mindfulness in their growing years. She encourages self-expression and creativity in the class and helps kids develop lifeskills with Yoga. Her Yoga format is creative, interactive & effective & her key focus is to share yoga according to development stage & learning ability of kids.
She created Yoga Alliance approved Kids Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 to help teach Yoga to Kids in a Fun, Creative & Effective format. She delivers this training both online & offline.
