These days, many of the top agencies specifically look for “developed” or “educated” Models that have an understanding of the industry and how it works. Why? Signing an educated model saves the agency's time and effort in having to assist in the developmental process. When we begin booking jobs, we, the Models, reflect the agency's reputation. They must feel confident in sending their Models out on jobs and castings. But wait, what exactly defines a developed model? Simply put, a Model who has a keen understanding of the industry and composes themselves as a PROFESSIONAL. This is key.
