Instructor
Debbie started her wedding planning business in 2005 with less than $500 and zero experience with weddings. She DIY’d her first business website and printed the first set of business cards on a clunky inkjet printer.
Within 4 years, Debbie's humble start turned into a six-figure revenue event planning business. During the ten years that Debbie owned her event planning business, the company won numerous awards including the Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame Award and 2 ICON awards. Her weddings and events were published in more than 20 magazines and on more than 40 wedding blogs and websites. She was featured regularly on local television stations as an entertaining expert. During that time, she also opened and managed a boutique wedding showroom and co-working space for six years.
In 2015, Debbie sold her planning business and studio to focus on Planner’s Lounge.
Debbie is the Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer at Planner’s Lounge.
